Charge Dispute Notification

All customers have a right to file a complaint about your invoice in full or in part. Disputes must be filed within 20 days of the date of the issuance of the invoice.To open a dispute, you must send a written request via email to optico@criticalhub.com or by mail to PO Box 11278, San Juan, PR 00910. Be sure to include your account number and invoice number in the dispute.

Optico Fiber will notify you by email of our dispute resolution decision within 20 days of receipt of the dispute. You may appeal our resolution to the Puerto Rico Telecommunications Bureau at the following address by submitting a Request for Review no later than 30 days after our resolution notification:
