Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Appointment Coordinator/Controller to join our team at a busy internet provider. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing clients' appointments for installations, ensuring a smooth flow of operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties -Schedule and confirm installation appointments for customers while maintaining an organized calendar. -Review and manage documentation related to visits and initial installations. -Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly. -Utilize available software for appointment scheduling and management. -Reschedule installations when necessary to optimize time for pending installations. -Collaborate with staff to optimize scheduling efficiency and enhance customer experience and time frame for installations.

Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfactio
  • Experience with calendar, ticket systems and Microsoft.
  • Proficient in using computerized systems for appointment scheduling and documentation review.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and staff professionally.
  • Must be bilingual. (English/Spanish)
