Retail Sales Manager
Base salary and/or performance incentives
Job Description:

• Provide leadership, direction and management of the sales team. • Maintain a high level of production of residential sales. • Assist in the coordination of sales efforts including promotions and telemarketing. • Support management, corporate office and personnel on residential sales and possible upgrades or cross-sales • Support and management of evaluation of the work team. • Ensure the residential sales team follow work schedules and plans. • Have good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. • Review all contracts so that they are correct under the company's rules. • Constantly seeking out and participate in opportunities to raise customer service levels and increase retention and new sales • Conduct team reviews and be responsible for personal and career development of team members.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with commercial acumen.
  • Metrics-driven with an analytical approach.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales within telecommunications, infrastructure services, or technology sectors.
  • Fully bilingual: English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
